Nylon Coating

Quality nylon coating applications

Nylon coating: durable protective coatings
Siltech Industries is possibly the only company in New Zealand applying Rilsan® Nylon 11 commercially. Rilsan® Nylon 11 is an exceptionally hardwearing nylon coating that looks like powder coating, but is actually a high molecular weight thermoplastic polymer, which is melted on. Nylon works at moderate temperatures (70°C). Nylon Coatings for metal parts provide corrosion, impact and abrasion protection and inhibits bacterial growth. Tough and hard wearing, this is essential for the water supply and drainage industries. To find out more about quality nylon coating applications, call us today.
